In order to design and produce high-quality customised tin boxes with as much attention to detail as if they were handmade, some requirements must be met:

• a meticulous, detail-oriented approach
• a well-organised and efficient plant, capable of managing and controlling each phase of the production process
• ongoing investment into innovative technologies to ensure high quality and variety in production,
• qualified and customer-friendly personnel

Headquarters

The production of tin boxes takes place exclusively in our plant in Bottanuco, in the province of Bergamo, about 40 km from Milan.

Production lines

The production department is equipped with:

• machinery for die-cutting bases and lids
• automatic and manual assembly lines

The die-cutting department is equipped with tinplate sheets deep-drawing, engraving and 2D/3D embossing and special punching operations.
